Probate

We offer a range of services for families, beneficiaries and lay executors looking to administer an estate.

Services for families, beneficiaries and lay executors

Once someone dies, the personal representatives must deal with a slew of practical concerns, which are both their responsibility and their legal obligation. We can support and assist with all areas of administration once the death has been registered as well as duplicates of the death certificate have also been received.

Here at Taylor Cavendish, we provide a variety of estate administration services to families, beneficiaries, and lay executors. We understand how intimidating this procedure may appear, and we can advise on the best way to proceed to get a grant of probate and administer the assets/gifts. Administering an estate may be a time-consuming procedure that involves HMRC, the UK Probate Court, and, in many cases, the Land Registry. Please contact us if you want to learn more about what is involved.
